You arrived on time and after approaching the front door you were able to tell me straight away that in fact the lock on the front door was indeed safe ... you advised me on how to maintain the locks. Again on looking at the back door you soon put my mind at rest by informing me again that this lock was a good un and that the key barrel did not protrude more then 5mm ... You also kept to your word, as you did no work, I did not receive a bill for any call out.
